The Academic Department at the college is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the educational process.
Objectives of Organizing the Educational Process:
- Creating the necessary conditions for providing high-quality education aimed at shaping, developing, and professionally preparing individuals based on national and universal values, as well as scientific and practical achievements.
- Implementing and effectively utilizing new teaching technologies to ensure the timely adaptation of professional education to the evolving needs of society and the labor market.
- Integrating educational programs with technical and professional education and production practices.
Procedures for Organizing the Educational Process:

Legal Basis:
- The educational process at the college is organized in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws on technical and professional education, other regulatory acts, and the college's charter.

Planning and Accounting:
- The organization of the educational process is based on planning and tracking educational and methodological work.
- Educational planning is carried out by approving the academic calendar for the year and scheduling theoretical and practical classes.

Forms of Education:
- Training is provided in the following formats: full-time (based on primary and secondary education).

Monitoring and Assessment:
- Current academic performance monitoring, interim, and final certification of students are conducted in accordance with the "Law on Education."

- Preparing and publishing textbooks and other teaching materials that meet modern scientific and technical standards, as well as pedagogical and psychological requirements.
- Developing and integrating software, automated learning systems, information systems for classes, and library information systems into the educational process.
