Library of the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College
One of the library's priority goals is to foster independent and creative individuals capable of effectively using information in their interests in today's complex information-driven society. The library serves as a mediator in delivering information to its readers.
The IKCLC library provides students with educational materials and necessary information to support the full academic and extracurricular processes. The library's collection exceeds 20,000 items, including textbooks and manuals in Chinese and English. Every year, the collection is updated with educational and scientific literature, as well as electronic textbooks, covering all academic disciplines. The college also subscribes to dozens of periodicals in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, and English on various topics. A bibliographic index is compiled for newly acquired books and made available to readers.

Beginning of the Academic Year:
The library starts its activities at the end of August.

- Distribution of textbooks for general education subjects, Chinese, and English.
- Educational materials include grammar guides, country studies, practical exercises, and multimedia resources such as audio and video applications.
Collaboration and Activities:

- The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Kazakhstan,
- The General Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Almaty,
- The Confucius Institute Headquarters, and other partners.
Together, they organize various intellectual and cultural events in Chinese. The library's extensive network of contacts with colleagues in China ensures timely access to necessary literature and learning resources in Chinese for students.

At meetings of subject commissions and the Methodological Council, overviews of newly acquired educational and methodological literature are presented, ensuring that faculty and students remain informed and well-equipped for academic success.
