Sincerely, About Talghat MamyrulyTalghat Mamyruly is the Director of the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), and a recipient of the Y. Altynsarin Badge of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Talghat Mamyruly was born in 1961 in China. In 1978, he enrolled at Xinjiang University, specializing in electronics. He graduated with honors and worked as a university lecturer, successfully combining teaching with research. From 1989 to 1991, he pursued postgraduate studies at Fudan University in Shanghai. He is the author of numerous research articles published in both national and international journals, as well as educational and methodological materials, including monographs. He is fluent in Kazakh, Chinese, English, and Russian. In 1993, Talghat Mamyruly returned to his historical homeland in Kazakhstan. Between 1993 and 1997, he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Informatics under the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. From 2004 to 2008, he pursued a doctorate in Business Administration at Northcentral University, Arizona, USA, defending his dissertation in English. He was awarded the academic title of Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). In 1997, together with his wife F. Merhamitkyzy, Talghat Mamyruly established the Yerke-Nur company to support private and medium-sized businesses. Today, Yerke-Nur is a successful enterprise actively contributing to the country’s economic prosperity. Founding IKCLCIn 2007, Talghat Mamyruly became the head of a new educational institution established under Yerke-Nur, the International Kazakh-Chinese Language College (IKCLC). The college is an innovative project, applying advanced practices and achievements from China’s education system to professional and technical education in Kazakhstan. Opening the college became a milestone in Talghat Mamyruly’s life. His exceptional organizational skills, energy, extensive knowledge, and personal qualities—honesty, integrity, and the ability to build strong relationships—helped him gather a dedicated team of like-minded educators. The development of the college has been closely linked to the growth of international relations between Kazakhstan and China in various fields. Over the years, the name of the institution has changed, but its international status and the commitment of its faculty to providing quality education have remained constant. The college aims to ensure every student receives the education needed to build a successful professional career and meet labor market demands. Growth and RecognitionThe annual increase in student enrollment reflects the growing reputation of IKCLC in the education market. The college offers programs that have made it one of the fastest-growing educational institutions not only in Almaty but also in Kazakhstan. Education at the college complies with state standards, and it has established partnerships with professional and higher education institutions in China. The college's primary strategy is to actively contribute to the development of professional and technical education in Kazakhstan by preparing competent and competitive specialists who meet the demands of employers. Graduates are well-educated, initiative-driven professionals capable of thinking critically and acting constructively, with fluency in major world languages.
