The International Kazakh-Chinese Language College (IKCLC) focuses on the following activities to assist graduates with employment and temporary job placement:

1. Monitoring Graduate Employment:

   • Creating a graduate database.
   • Collecting information on the professional activities of alumni.

2. Direct Employment Assistance:

   • Facilitating the employment of graduates and providing temporary job opportunities for college students (Youth Practice).
   • Assisting graduates in adapting to the labor market.

3. Providing Labor Market Information:

   • Offering consultations on employment opportunities.
   • Teaching techniques and skills for effective communication with employers.

4. Addressing Employment Challenges:

   • Collaborating with enterprise employers and employment centers.

5. Career Guidance and Further Education:

   • Encouraging students to continue their education in universities in Kazakhstan and China.
   • Organizing participation in educational exhibitions, information fairs, job fairs, and similar events.

These activities aim to prepare students for a competitive labor market, ensuring their successful integration into professional environments.
